Please Note We Do Not Accept Any Responsibility For Any Failure On The Part Of Any Courier Or Delivery Service Used To Deliver Our Products, Nor Can We Accept Any Consequential Loss Incurred By The Customer By Any Action.

Turnaround Times

 

Printstinct Operate Monday To Thursday, 9am To 6:30pm And Friday’s 9am To 4:30pm, Excluding Specific Bank Holidays, Weekends And Public Holidays. And Other Periods Outlined On Our Website For Both Customer Service And Order Fulfillment. Our Average Turnaround Time For Order Is 3 – 7 Business (Week) Days, This Is The Time In Which We Expect You To Receive Your Order. Please Note That These Are Average Turnaround Times Only And Are Not A Guarantee Of Which Day Your Order Will Be Delivered, We Aim To Dispatch Orders From Printstinct Within 3 Working Days From Order Confirmation. Please Be Aware Turnaround Times Are Shown In Working Days.

Payment

Due To The Custom Nature Of Printing And Costs Involved, We Will Not Begin Printing Until Payment Has Been Made In Full, Including Any Artwork Designing Costs.

Designs

The Customer Is Responsible For Submitting Correctly Sized, High Resolution Designs Which Match The Brief In The ‘artwork Requirements’ Section Of Each Product Listing. We Do Not Accept Any Responsibility For This And Hold The Right To Refuse To Print Images We Deem Will Result In A Poor Quality Result.

Returns & Cancellation Policy

Due To The Custom Nature Of Printing, All Our Products Are Made To Order, Therefore We Cannot Offer A Return Unless One Of The Below Criteria Has Been Met:

1) You Have Received A Product Different To That Ordered Ie. Stickers Instead Of Business Cards

2) The Design On The Product(S) Is Different To The Order Placed

 

In The Unlikely Event, The Product(S) Delivered Do Not Match Your Order Please Send Us An Email At [email protected] Outlining The Problem In Full Detail And We Can Discuss The Return Of The Goods In Question. 

 

To Help Us Best Assist You In This Instance, We Would Greatly Appreciate It If You Can Include Your Original Invoice Number And The Name Your Order Was Placed Under. If There Are Issues Relating To The Quality Of The Product Then Photographs And A Description Of The Issues Are Required To Find A Resolution For The Case, Evidence Must Be Provided Before Prinstict Can Make A Final Decision On The Outcome Of The Case.

Whether We Design For You Or Alternatively Require A Design From Yourself We Will Request Written Confirmation, In Words Of The Effect Of, ‘do You Wish To Proceed?’, We Are Only Able To Guarantee A Full Refund On Cancellations If You Request Not To Print Following This Message, Once Providing A Approving Responding To This Message (‘yes’, ‘let’s Proceed’, ‘please Print’ Etc) , We Will Be Unlikely To Offer A Refund As Your Order Is Likely To Have Already Gone Into Artworking Or Production.

Any Problem With An Order Should Be Outlined Within 14 Days Of Receiving The Goods.

Failure To Inform Printstinct Of Any Issues Within 14 Days Of Receiving The Goods Determines The Order As Accepted And Checked, With No Issues.

In Making An Order You Are Deemed To Have Accepted The Above Terms And Conditions And No Refund Shall Be Offered If The Designs You Wish To Print Are Any Of The Above Conditions.
