Artwork Requirements
Your image/design must be:
- One of the following File formats: PNG, PDF, JPEG, PSD
- A minimum file resolution of 300dpi
- Saved as CMYK file
- Saved in the dimensions of: 850mm x 2000mm or 800mm x 2000mm
To do this, we recommend using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or if you don’t have access to these photopea.com.
If you are unsure of any of this, we are more than happy to talk you through it – please get in touch! Remember, any print can only be as good as what you’re printing so it’s important to have high-quality designs. A resolution of 300dpi is the absolute minimum you should print.
Sending your Designs
- Email the file to us at [email protected]. Ensure you quote your order number in the subject of your email, this can be found in your order confirmation email which will be sent to you after you checkout. If you cannot find this, please just be as descriptive in the email as you can!
Want us to do it for you?
If you don’t fancy creating your print design files yourself, we are more than happy to do this for you – just reach out to us by email with your existing design. This is an additional service charged at £5 per design/product and the resolution of the original image must be 300dpi or over.
We will not print until you have approved your ‘new’ resized design(s)
